Postal sector launches campaign to support two-level local government

Implementing the two-level local government organization model, from July 1, Phu Yen Post Office arranged 34 direct staff to provide continuous 24/7 support at 34 public administrative service centers at commune/ward level throughout the entire Eastern Dak Lak area (formerly Phu Yen).

This support campaign will continue until the operation of the two-level local government organization stabilizes.

Phu Yen Post Office staff support people to carry out administrative procedures at the Public Administration Service Center of Tuy Hoa Ward, Dak Lak Province.

Accordingly, at the Public Administration Service Center, postal staff coordinate with civil servants of communes and wards to guide people in performing administrative procedures, support receiving, digitizing records, and returning results of administrative procedure settlement through the public postal network, contributing to improving efficiency, service quality, and saving resources for state agencies.

According to Phu Yen Post Office, this activity aims to help reduce pressure on civil servants and public employees at the Public Administration Service Center to focus on professional work, and perform state management tasks during the period of transforming the local government organization model, while bringing practical benefits to people, shortening the time to carry out administrative procedures...
