Heavy rain, accompanied by floods from the Ha Thanh and Con rivers, caused many residential areas downstream of the urban areas near Quy Nhon and Tuy Phuoc (Gia Lai province) to be deeply flooded, many places were "submerged", and property and livestock were swept away.

On the morning and afternoon of November 19, according to SGGP Newspaper reporters, many low-lying areas in the communes and wards of Quy Nhon Dong, Quy Nhon Bac, Tuy Phuoc, Tuy Phuoc Dong, Tuy Phuoc Bac... were heavily flooded, with water rising 1-2 meters in some places, completely isolating many residential areas.
