
On the morning of November 20, Hanoi and the North turned dry, some places were sunny after 2-3 days of light rain and gloom. The lowest temperature in the center of Hanoi increased - to 16 degrees Celsius (up 4 degrees Celsius compared to the morning of November 19), Ba Vi area was below 15 degrees Celsius.
In the North, the north wind is weak, the sky is bright and the weather is warmer than 2-3 days ago. However, the temperature is still low so the meteorological agency recommends that people wear enough warm clothes when going out.
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on the day and night of November 20, the North and North Central regions will maintain low temperatures, with some mountainous areas still below 6 degrees Celsius. It is forecasted that from Da Nang to Khanh Hoa, there will continue to be moderate to heavy rain due to cold air.
According to meteorologists, dry weather will continue in the North for the next few days. During the day, temperatures will rise to 21-22 degrees Celsius, and at night, they will drop to around 16-17 degrees Celsius.
Currently, the cold air is temporarily weakening. From around November 24, a new cold air mass (with dry characteristics) will appear, prolonging the dry condition in the North.
In the Central region, from Nghe An to Hue on the morning of November 20, it will be cloudy. Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai will have some rain, and heavy rain may return tonight and tomorrow (November 21). In the South, there will be almost no rain this morning, but scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, with some rainfall exceeding 50mm.
