As soon as the HCM City Department of Education and Training announces the exam scores, parents and students can look them up on the Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper.
Previously, on the morning of June 16, 4,851 candidates in Ho Chi Minh City participated in the entrance exam for grade 6 at Tran Dai Nghia Secondary and High School (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City), winning a place in grade 6 at this prestigious school.
In the 2025-2026 school year, Tran Dai Nghia Secondary and High School will enroll 350 students in grade 6 with a competition ratio of 1/14. This is the highest competition ratio ever.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training has also announced the questions and answers for the 6th grade entrance exam at Tran Dai Nghia Secondary and High School. The 90-minute competency test consists of 2 parts:
Multiple choice section: 20 multiple choice questions (30 minutes).
The essay section (done in 60 minutes) consists of 3 parts: English proficiency test (listening, reading, writing): Students do the test in English; Math and logical thinking ability test: Students do the test in Vietnamese; Reading and writing ability test: Students do the test in Vietnamese.
Based on the results of the survey, the Department of Education and Training will consider the list from high to low until the quota is met. On June 23, the survey scores and benchmark scores for entering grade 6 at Tran Dai Nghia Secondary and High School will be announced.
