(GLO)- On June 8, gold prices continued to decrease from 800,000 VND to 1 million VND/tael, the difference between the two buying and selling prices was 2.3 million VND.

Specifically, SJC enterprises (in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang), DOJI , Bao Tin Minh Chau, PNJ, Mi Hong... all listed the price of gold bars in both buying and selling directions at 114.9-117.2 million VND/tael.

To summarize this week, the price of gold bars decreased sharply by 800,000 VND/tael for buying and 1 million VND/tael for selling.

The price of gold rings and jewelry gold was also traded around 111.2 million VND/tael for buying and 113.5 million VND/tael for selling, recording a similar decrease of 1 million VND per tael.

On the world market, the price of gold closed the week at 3,311 USD/ounce, down about 20 USD/ounce compared to the end of last week. If converted according to the listed exchange rate, the world gold price is equivalent to about 104.7 million VND per tael.
