First day of 10th grade exam: Unusual report made with 3 candidates

(NLDO)-On the first day of the 10th grade exam in Ho Chi Minh City, a candidate used two colors of ink while taking the test and was warned but was still allowed to take the test as usual.

On the afternoon of June 6, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City reported on the first day of the 10th grade entrance exam in Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Ho Tan Minh, Chief of Office of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, said that on the first day of the 10th grade exam, the total number of candidates registered for the exam was 76,435, the number of candidates taking the literature exam was 76,154, with 281 candidates absent. In the foreign language exam (mainly English), 275 candidates were absent compared to the total number of registered candidates of 76,435.

On the first day of the exam, at the Tran Hung Dao Secondary School exam site (District 12), a candidate used two colors of ink. Although the exam was still allowed to take the test normally, the examination board made a record of the abnormality and warned the candidate.

Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training assessed that the first day of the 10th grade exam went normally.

At the exam site of Nguyen An Khuong Secondary School (Hoc Mon district), there was a candidate in poor health (unable to sit and take the exam) who was arranged to take the exam in a reserve room.

At the exam site of Le Van Tam Secondary School (Binh Thanh District), a candidate vomited and had to go to the medical room. The exam site provided instructions that if the candidate returned, they could continue taking the test.

At the exam site of Do Van Day Secondary School (Hoc Mon district), two candidates marked strange characters at the beginning of the test. The examination board instructed the candidates to continue taking the test, made a record of the abnormality, and warned the candidates that they might be marked together.

According to the regulations for the regular 10th grade entrance exam, candidates will only be considered for admission when they participate in the entrance exam, take all required exams (3 exams), do not violate the regulations during the entrance exam, and all exams have a score greater than 0.
