In particular, the unit's leaders have fully completed the economic and technical targets assigned by the industry and locality every year. Every year, the company's Party Committee is classified as having completed its tasks well or better; 100% of its subordinate Party cells have completed their tasks well; 95% of Party members have completed their tasks well or better.

Every year, 100% of party members and over 95% of workers study and understand the Party's resolutions and directives, and the State's policies and laws in appropriate forms.

The Party Committee and 100% of its subordinate Party cells have developed plans to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle with real effectiveness. During its term, the Party Committee has developed at least two new models to be deployed throughout the Party Committee.

Every year, the Party Committee develops at least one thematic resolution; each Party cell organizes thematic activities at least four times a year. During the term, 100 Party members are admitted; the Trade Union, Youth Union, and Veterans Association are annually classified as having completed their tasks well or better.

Speaking at the congress, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Nguyen Van Chong acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that the Party Committee of Long An Electricity Company achieved in the past term.

On that basis, he suggested that during the 2025-2030 term, the company's Party Committee needs to continue promoting solidarity, improving capacity, and performing well the role of ensuring stable and adequate electricity supply to serve local socio-economic development./.
