The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said today, November 22, the weather in the North and North Central regions will be sunny during the day, cold at night and in the morning, and very cold in some places in the mountainous areas of the North.

Hue city, the east of the provinces from Da Nang city to Dak Lak and the north of Khanh Hoa province still has moderate rain, heavy rain, some places have very heavy rain and thunderstorms.

From yesterday evening to today, November 22, rainfall will be 40-80mm, with some places receiving over 150mm. Warning of rain intensity greater than 100mm/3 hours.

The South and other regions will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some areas experiencing heavy rain in the Central Highlands. Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.

At sea today, in the northern East Sea (including Hoang Sa special zone), strong northeast wind level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9. Rough sea, waves 4-6m high.

The sea area from southern Quang Tri to Quang Ngai and the sea area north of the central East Sea has strong northeast wind level 6, at night sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9. The sea is rough, waves are 4-6m high.

The sea area from Gia Lai to Ho Chi Minh City has strong northeast wind level 6, gusting to level 7-8. Rough sea, waves 3-5m high.

In the Gulf of Tonkin and the sea from Dong Thap to Ca Mau, the northeast wind is level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7. Rough sea, waves 2-4m high.
