Resolution on allocating the budget from the targeted additional central budget in 2025 (career capital) to implement the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction in Tien Giang province.

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local Government dated February 19, 2025;

Pursuant to the State Budget Law dated June 25, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Securities, the Law on Accounting, the Law on Independent Auditing, the Law on State Budget, the Law on Management and Use of Public Assets, the Law on Tax Administration, the Law on Personal Income Tax, the Law on National Reserves, the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations dated November 29, 2024;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 111/2024/QH15 dated January 18, 2024 of the National Assembly on a number of specific mechanisms and policies to implement national target programs;

Pursuant to Decree No. 163/2016/ND-CP dated December 21, 2016 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the State Budget Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 27/2022/ND-CP dated April 19, 2022 of the Government stipulating the management mechanism and organization of implementation of national target programs;

Pursuant to Decision No. 02/2022/QD-TTg dated January 18, 2022 of the Prime Minister on stipulating principles, criteria, and norms for allocating central budget capital and the proportion of counterpart capital of local budgets to implement the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the 2021-2025 period;
Pursuant to Decision No. 570/QD-TTg dated March 11, 2025 of the Prime Minister on supplementing the regular expenditure estimates of the state budget in 2025 for ministries, central agencies and localities implementing the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the 2021-2025 period;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 17/2022/NQ-HDND dated October 5, 2022 of the People's Council of Tien Giang province on the principles, criteria, and norms for allocating central budget capital and the proportion of counterpart capital of local budgets to implement the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2021 - 2025 in Tien Giang province;

Considering Report No. 178/TTr-UBND dated April 18, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on the allocation of the budget estimate from the additional central budget with the target of 2025 (career capital source) to implement the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction in Tien Giang province; Verification Report No. 147/BC-HDND dated April 26, 2025 of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council; discussion opinions of the Provincial People's Council delegates at the meeting.

RESOLUTION:

Article 1. Agree to allocate the budget from the additional central budget with the target of 2025 (career capital source) to implement the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction in Tien Giang province, with a total amount of 70,152 billion VND.

Article 2. Implementation

1. Assign the Provincial People's Committee to organize and implement the Resolution.

2. Assign the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Committees of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Council Delegation Groups and Provincial People's Council delegates to supervise the implementation of the Resolution.

This Resolution was passed by the People's Council of Tien Giang Province, Term X, Session 17 on April 29, 2025 and takes effect from the date of passage.
