Acceptance of the topic "Research and propose solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of the implementation of the task of inspecting and granting when there are signs of violations at the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term"
On May 30, the Department of Science and Technology held a conference to accept the project "Research and propose solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of the implementation of inspection tasks when there are signs of violations at the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term" conducted by the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee. Attending the conference were Dr. Bui The Cu, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, and Project Manager.

The project management board developed 6 survey forms and collected a total of 960 ballots with the subjects of the ballots including: district-level inspection committees, grassroots party committee inspection committees, district-level party committee secretaries, grassroots party committee secretaries, district-level party committee heads, and grassroots inspection committee heads. Based on analysis and synthesis, the project management board assessed the current status of the organization and apparatus of the inspection committees from the provincial to grassroots levels; the quality of the inspection staff; current policies and regimes for the inspection staff; advantages, achievements and causes; limitations, shortcomings, difficulties, obstacles and causes, lessons learned in performing inspection tasks when there are signs of violations, and inspections at different levels when there are signs of violations by inspection committees at all levels from the 2015-2020 term to present. In addition, the research topic clarifies the standards for evaluating the quality and effectiveness of inspections when there are signs of violations; the conditions for deciding to inspect and issue certificates when there are signs of violations.
The project management board proposed 4 groups of solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of performing inspection tasks at all levels when there are signs of violations, including: a group of solutions on propaganda work, raising awareness of inspection and supervision work and raising awareness of the responsibilities of Party committees, inspection committees at all levels, Party organizations and Party members; a group of solutions on perfecting mechanisms and policies; a group of solutions on building the organization and apparatus of inspection committees at all levels and inspection staff; a group of solutions on training, coaching and fostering to improve professional qualifications and skills for inspection staff.
The acceptance council members voted to evaluate the project as excellent.
