Sam Van Bong takes advantage of his free time after work to tend to the flower garden in front of his new house. In the floods of early September, Mr. Bong lost five family members along with his entire house and possessions. "Since the resettlement area started construction, whenever I have free time, I come here to help out, both to relieve stress and to admire the future," Mr. Bong shared.
