In the final result, beauty Chin Zhu Zhi Ying representing the host country - China was crowned Miss International Friendship 2023. Nong Thuy Hang was named as the second runner-up.

In the evening gown competition, Nong Thuy Hang strode gracefully in a red mermaid design with elaborate embellishments that created a stage lighting effect. In particular, the bold cut-outs helped the Ha Giang beauty show off her toned waist and long, slender legs.

Sharing after the moment of being crowned 2nd runner-up, Nong Thuy Hang said: "When I heard the MC call Vietnam's name for the 2nd runner-up position, I burst into happiness. Having prepared everything to go to China to compete alone, this victory means a lot to me.
