After her conviction, Anna was sent to Bedford Hills Correctional Facility before being transferred to Albion Prison in New York. In February 2021, she was released early and quickly returned to Instagram, where she had built her image as a lavish heiress.
Just one month later, Anna was arrested by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for violating immigration regulations, specifically overstaying her visa.
