Since leaving the Vietnam national team in January 2023, Coach Park Hang Seo has not accepted any invitation to lead any team. He is working at the Korea Football Association (KFA) as Vice President.

Recently, Coach Park Hang Seo was also on the list of candidates to lead the Thai national team, but in the end, the Thai Football Federation (FAT) decided to choose Technical Development Director, Anthony Hudson, for this position.
