Pioneer of the youth movement in Ea M'nang

Mr. Trinh Ngoc Khanh joined the Youth Union in June 2017 as Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Hamlet 1B, Ea M'nang Commune. In March 2018, he was elected Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Ea M'nang Commune. He proactively advised the Executive Committee of the Commune Youth Union to effectively implement the Youth Union and youth movement. In 2022, he was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Youth Union of Ea M'nang Commune.

Mr. Trinh Ngoc Khanh is always exemplary and a pioneer in youth movements.

In this position, he and the Executive Committee of the Commune Youth Union did a good job of gathering young people, mobilizing resources to carry out many youth projects such as: a 15km long national flag road, a 2.7km long night lighting line, and 2 volleyball courts. The total cost of implementation was more than 340 million VND.

To effectively carry out the work of gathering union members and young people, he regularly meets to grasp their aspirations and find appropriate support directions for union members in difficulty to develop their family economy . In 2023, two "Reproductive Goats" models were given to two young people in difficult circumstances; five young people were given preferential capital from the Social Policy Bank with a total amount of 300 million VND for livestock and agricultural production; from the Start-up Fund, two disadvantaged young people were supported to open a barber shop and develop a free-range duck farming model with a total amount of 32 million VND. In addition, he also mobilized funds to build a Charity house for the poor household of Hoang Van Khanh in village 2A, worth 80 million VND.

The "Car wash fundraising" program implemented by Mr. Trinh Ngoc Khanh has been effective.

He also actively connects with businesses and philanthropists to give hundreds of gifts to disadvantaged students in the area. At the end of 2023, in order to have funds to support the purchase of health insurance cards for poor students who overcome difficulties, in response to the movement to join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the commune, he launched the "Car wash to raise funds" program that operates every Lunar New Year. To date, this program has presented 20 insurance cards and donated 5 million VND to the local temporary and dilapidated house elimination fund.

In April 2023, Mr. Khanh was elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Cu M'gar District Youth Union (concurrently) for the 2022-2027 term. During his work, he received many certificates of merit from the local government and the superior union. In 2024, he was honored to receive a certificate of merit from the Central Youth Union for "having outstanding achievements in the work of the union and youth movement in 2024".
