On the morning of November 27, the Ministry of Industry and Trade held a conference to announce and hand over decisions on personnel work. Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien attended the conference and gave a speech. Also attending were leaders of relevant Departments, Divisions and units.
At the ceremony, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel Tran Quang Huy announced the decisions of the Minister of Industry and Trade on the transfer and appointment of leaders in units under the Ministry.
Accordingly, in Decision No. 3456/QD-BCT signed and issued on November 26, 20225, Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien appointed comrade Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh - Head of the Industry and Trade Newspaper Reporter Department to hold the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Industry and Trade Newspaper.
Decision No. 3456/QD-BCT takes effect from the date of signing.
Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien presented the decision to appoint comrade Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh - Head of the Industry and Trade Newspaper's Reporter Department to hold the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Industry and Trade Newspaper.
In his speech assigning tasks to the appointed comrades, especially to the Industry and Trade Newspaper, Minister Nguyen Hong Dien sent his congratulations to the Party Committee of the Industry and Trade Newspaper, the Editorial Board and the collective leadership, cadres, civil servants, reporters, editors and workers at the Industry and Trade Newspaper.
Minister Nguyen Hong Dien acknowledged that Comrade Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh used to be a reporter, currently working as a department manager, directly managing reporters and editors of the Industry and Trade Newspaper. Therefore, with her role and responsibility, she will promote her capacity, together with the leadership of the Industry and Trade Newspaper, to steer and lead the Industry and Trade Newspaper to develop even stronger.
Minister Nguyen Hong Dien believes that with her many years of experience working at the Industry and Trade Newspaper and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, comrade Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh will complete her tasks well.
Editor-in-Chief of Industry and Trade Newspaper Nguyen Van Minh, along with leaders, reporters and editors of Industry and Trade Newspaper congratulated new Deputy Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh.
Evaluating the construction and development work of the Industry and Trade Newspaper in the past period, Minister Nguyen Hong Dien assessed that the Industry and Trade Newspaper has made many innovations, which have been widely received and cared for by domestic and foreign readers. This result demonstrates the unanimity and constant efforts not only of the leaders of the Industry and Trade Newspaper but also of each officer, reporter and editor of the Industry and Trade Newspaper.

Also at the Conference, Minister Nguyen Hong Dien presented the Decision on temporary transfer and appointment of Mr. To Xuan Bao, Chief of the Ministry's Party Committee Office, to the position of Deputy Director and assigned him to the position of Acting Director of the Institute of Energy. At the same time, the Standing Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Party Committee decided to appoint comrade To Xuan Bao to join the Executive Committee of the Institute of Energy Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Institute of Energy Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
Besides, Minister Nguyen Hong Dien presented the Decision to transfer Mr. Nguyen Phuc Nam, Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Market Development to work at the Ministry's Party Committee Office to appoint him to the position of Chief of the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Party Committee Office.
