(NLDO) - Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province is clarifying the case of a foreign tourist being rudely "snatching money" by a cyclo driver.

On the evening of May 31, on social media, TL posted a clip about a foreign woman and a baby being sexually assaulted by a cyclo driver.

The foreign tourist gave money but the cyclo driver gave five fingers. The two sides seemed to disagree on the price.

The cyclo driver was angry and snatched the money from the foreign woman's hand, making both of them look scared.

NTL account commented: "The story is unknown but the attitude of tourist services is so poor, the government should consider it or else we will lose all our customers."

MTX account said "So disappointed, I know it's a daily bread but doing this is hard to accept".

Many people think these are "kicking one's own rice bowl" actions.

On the evening of May 31, Nha Trang City leaders said they would verify the incident.

Meanwhile, the leader of the Nha Trang City Cyclo Union said he had received the feedback.

"Currently, cyclo number 419 is a vehicle owned by a union member. We will verify the owner of this vehicle and take measures to discipline the union members. At the same time, we also request the police of Loc Tho ward to intervene. Our point of view is to build a civilized, polite, and friendly cyclo union" - said the leader of the Nha Trang City Cyclo Union.
