Vietnam Bank's 'Conductor' wins Best Player award

On the afternoon of October 5, the Vietnam Banking Trade Union lost to the People's Public Security Trade Union in the final match of the Northern qualifying round of the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament 2025 on penalties with a score of 4-5 (0-0 draw after 60 minutes).

Despite having to settle for second place, the Vietnam Bank Trade Union team still left many strong impressions. In particular, with his impressive performance and "conductor" role throughout the tournament, player Nguyen Anh Son was honored by the organizers in the most important category: Best player of the tournament with a prize of 5 million VND .

The Northern qualifying round of the 2025 Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament had a total of 204 goals scored, an average of 6.1 goals/match.

The 2025 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament is jointly organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , and Vietnam Football Federation. This is the third consecutive year the tournament has taken place.
