Quickly arrest a group of juvenile robbers

With great determination, sense of responsibility and sharp expertise, after only 6 days of investigation, Vinh Phuc Provincial Police quickly clarified and arrested the group of subjects who caused 4 consecutive robberies at Ba Thien Industrial Park, Binh Xuyen District. This is an outstanding achievement of the Police force in ensuring security and order in the area, especially in areas with a large concentration of workers and laborers.

From April 12 to 14, 2025, 4 robberies occurred in Ba Thien Industrial Park with reckless and daring methods. The subjects used weapons such as knives with iron pipes attached to threaten and attack passersby to rob phones, including one case of the victim being injured. Given the seriousness of the incident, the Provincial Police Department directed the Criminal Police Department to coordinate with the forces, the Commune and Town Police... to simultaneously deploy professional measures, urgently collect evidence, and apply professional investigation measures.

After 6 days of active investigation, the police force identified and arrested 2 perpetrators: Dang Duy Hung, born in 2007 and Hoang Van Them, born in 2008, both in Yen Binh district, Yen Bai province.

Immediately after committing the robberies, Dang Duy Hung and Hoang Van Them quickly took the stolen phones to sell. Notably, the two also invited La Quang Ha, born in 2008, from Yen Son district, Tuyen Quang province, to join in selling the stolen assets.

The incident at Ba Thien Industrial Park was handled quickly, contributing to maintaining security and order in the area. This continues to be a warning about the reckless crime situation, especially among young people who lack education and supervision from their families.
