Along with that, it is necessary to pay special attention to effectively exploiting the advantages of the locality located in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone - one of the key coastal economic zones of the province. Actively coordinate closely with the Economic Zone Management Board in planning, attracting investment, promoting trade - services, developing clean industry, processing industry, logistics and marine economic sectors. Prepare land fund, technical infrastructure and high-quality human resources to receive large projects. Urgently develop and submit for approval the general planning of Quy Nhon Dong ward as a legal basis and long-term development orientation. Effectively and sustainably exploit famous tourist areas and spots such as Ky Co, Eo Gio, FLC Resort, etc., connecting with Quy Nhon - Song Cau, Ky Co - Eo Gio tourist routes. Attract investment in coastal commercial - resort complexes such as resorts, hotels, restaurants, and experience service areas, ensuring harmony with nature and enhancing economic value from tourism activities.
Forming high-end tourism - commercial - resort complexes, combined with the development of marine commerce, shophouses, marinas, etc.; diversifying community tourism models, fishing village tourism associated with culinary experiences and traditional fisheries. Thereby, creating sustainable livelihoods for people and preserving the cultural identity of the coastal area. At the same time, strengthening connections with neighboring localities in the East of the province; establishing a mechanism for close coordination with adjacent wards in spatial planning, providing inter-ward services and developing essential infrastructure.
