The special art program "Proud to be Vietnamese" is organized by the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture , Sports and Tourism, the Hanoi People's Committee, and Vietnam Television. 'Proud to be Vietnamese' attracts over 30,000 viewers.
The special art program opened with the song "Vietnam in My Heart Is ," performed by Duong Hoang Yen and Ha An Huy. On stage, the duet's vocals, combined with dancers in traditional ao dai dresses and conical hats, evoked a sense of pride in the audience. Below the stage, over 30,000 spectators sang along to the line, "With red blood and yellow skin, I am Vietnamese," as an affirmation that the nation has never faltered in the face of difficulties and challenges, and has always preserved its beautiful values through generations.
Chapter I, titled "Origins - Calling Vietnam by its Name ," recounts the nation's journey of building and defending the country. In it, President Ho Chi Minh 's speech, replayed on stage, reads: "The Vietnamese nation has the right to enjoy freedom and independence, and in fact has become a free and independent nation. The entire Vietnamese people are determined to dedicate all their spirit and strength, lives and property to uphold that right to freedom and independence," deeply moving many in the audience.
Singer Tung Duong impressed the audience by wearing an ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress) printed with the red flag and yellow star, and singing the "Marching Song" in front of 30,000 spectators.

The audience at My Dinh Square also stood up and sang along with Tung Duong, creating a sacred and moving moment. Through these performances, the organizers hoped to spread national pride, especially among the younger generation.

The program evoked gratitude towards the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, and the generations of ancestors, compatriots, and soldiers who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland through performances such as "He Is Ho Chi Minh" (singer Anh Tu), "Praise the Fatherland - That Soldier - The Stance of Vietnam" (Meritorious Artist Hoang Tung - Pham Thu Ha - Le Anh Dung - Tien Hung), "The Pain Amidst Peace - Aspiration" (singer Hoa Minzy)...
Hòa Minzy moved the audience when she performed "The Pain Amidst Peace" by composer Nguyễn Văn Chung for the first time on stage. This is the theme song for the film "Red Rain," which is expected to be released soon.

Chapter 2, titled "One Vietnam - A Million Hearts," contributes to describing the beauty of every region of the country, from natural landscapes to people and the unique identity of each area. Despite differences in accents, clothing, and customs, the people all share one flag, one call: the Fatherland.
The program opened with the song "Homeland" performed by Hoa Minzy. The sweet voice of the 9X singer, combined with familiar images such as bamboo trees, embankments, and kites, evoked emotions in the audience.
Singer Mai Trang gave her all on stage with her performance of " Highland Flame ." The accompanying performance by actors in traditional ethnic costumes made the act even more impressive.

Chapter 3, "Proud to be Vietnamese," is a proud declaration from today's generation. The performances are integrated as an affirmation that Vietnamese people are intelligent, capable, creative, united, and have unwavering faith in the wise leadership of the Party, working together to integrate and develop the country, confidently stepping into a new era.
