At the Conference, the company representative presented a report assessing the technical management of operations, goals, tasks and technical management solutions in the coming time.

Accordingly, since being put into operation, the factories of Duyen Hai Thermal Power Company have produced about 105.3 billion kWh, of which Duyen Hai 1 Thermal Power Plant is 56.1 billion kWh; Duyen Hai 2 Thermal Power Plant is 38.9 billion kWh and Duyen Hai 3 MR Thermal Power Plant is 10.2 billion kWh. The indicators of availability coefficient, rate of machine downtime due to incidents, rate of machine downtime for repair and maintenance, and rate of self-consumption of electricity have basically met the assigned plan.

The report also pointed out the shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome in the coming time, specifically in ensuring operational indicators; handling and controlling equipment defects; ensuring human resources in repair and operation; bidding for the supply of equipment and materials; managing technical documents; calibration testing, etc.

Regarding the goals, tasks and technical management solutions in the coming time, Duyen Hai Thermal Power Company will continue to synchronously deploy solutions to ensure fuel supply for production, especially during the peak months of the dry season in 2025; ensure that generators maintain stable and reliable operation and complete assigned production and business targets in 2025; improve equipment operation management, avoid subjective incidents and recurring incidents; improve the quality of repair work to overcome equipment problems affecting the reliability of generator operations; minimize incidents due to equipment errors; thoroughly deploy solutions to reduce heat loss rates of plants; improve calibration testing and the role of technical management.

Representatives of the company's departments also gave presentations, focusing on emphasizing solutions to successfully complete assigned planning targets such as: solutions to improve operational management, minimize subjective incidents of generators; solutions to improve bidding and supply of materials to serve the needs of power generation in the dry season; solutions to improve the reliability of electrical equipment and control and protect generators, etc.

After the discussion, the Board of Directors and representatives of the units exchanged, discussed and shared experiences, contributing to better implementation of technical management and operations in the coming time.

Mr. Le Hai Dang - Deputy General Director of EVNGENCO1 emphasized that Duyen Hai Thermal Power Company needs to focus on ensuring fuel supply for production, especially during the peak months of the dry season in 2025; maintain stable and reliable operation, ensure the availability of generators, absolutely do not let subjective incidents and recurring incidents occur; improve the quality of repair work, overcome equipment problems that affect the reliability of generator operation, along with complying with labor safety procedures, and do not let work accidents occur.
