Highly rated teams like Dai Tu and Phoenix have not had a good start to this season. SHB was highly expected but also disappointed when they were defeated by rookie Vinataba in round 3. Viet Phuong Dong, Tung Anh, and HG La Giang maintained stable performance.
After 3 rounds, the confrontation between Dai Tu and Phoenix left many impressions. Despite playing with one less player, the team from Thai Nguyen came from behind to win 3-2 against Phoenix. The match between Tung Anh and Dai Nam FC was equally exciting. With only 6 players on the field, Tung Anh still scored an early goal against the rookie Dai Nam FC and kept a point thanks to his indomitable spirit.
Besides prominent names such as Le Tuan Anh, Nguyen Van Long, Nguyen Van Hung, Nguyen Quang Tinh, ... foreign players such as Pape Omar (SHB), Claudecir Jr (Thien Khoi FC) and Diogo Pereira (Vinataba) all played impressively and scored goals at the HPL-S12 playground.
