Many activities to care for and support women

(CT) - In 2025, the Women's Union of Thot Not ward will increase activities to support members and women in economic development and improve living standards.

The Women's Union of Thot Not Ward organized a groundbreaking ceremony to repair the House of Love to give housing to female members in difficult circumstances in 2025.

Continuing to implement Project 939 "Supporting women to start a business in the period of 2017-2025", the Association helped 6 women start a business. The Association established a new cooperative group for making traditional cakes with 12 members; at the same time, improved the quality of collective economic models, cooperatives, cooperative groups, and linked groups associated with connecting and supporting product output; introduced 80 women to borrow preferential loans from the Social Policy Bank with a total amount of 3.5 billion VND to invest in production, small business, and family economic development.

In addition, the Ward Women's Union organized a meeting "Spring of Love", giving 263 gifts to officials and members in difficult circumstances with a total amount of over 77 million VND; implemented the program "Millions of gifts to share love", giving 135 gifts to women members and students in difficult circumstances with a total amount of over 47 million VND; mobilized support for the construction and repair of 2 Charity Houses.

The association coordinated to donate over 600 necessities to female members in difficult circumstances on full moon days, worth 123 million VND.
