Exciting Construction Industry Job Fair

Leaders of the Department of Home Affairs of Can Tho City and Army Corps 12 performed the opening ceremony of the Construction Industry Job Fair - Online Job Transaction Session, Quarter IV, 2025.

At the event, 165 businesses participated in recruiting over 25,800 jobs. In Can Tho City Public Service Center alone, 45 businesses participated in recruitment; of which, 10 businesses directly recruited 730 vacant jobs and 35 businesses participated in recruiting over 5,000 vacant jobs. Businesses recruited workers in many professions, such as: office staff, sales staff, accountants, electrical engineers, customer service, IT staff, security guards, delivery staff, welders, electricians, etc.

In particular, Corps 12 (Truong Son Construction Corporation) in general and units under Corps 12 in particular need to recruit a large number of personnel in a number of position groups, such as: engineering/technical block (field engineers; design engineers, estimators, supervisors; construction machinery engineers; construction surveying engineers...); management - professional block (general planning, statistics; project materials and supplies management; testing station chief; testing station staff); operation - machine driver - worker block (driver of class C or higher; operating graders, bulldozers, excavators, rollers; mechanics; welders; auto repairmen; bored pile drilling machine operators)...

At the Fair, workers have the opportunity to learn about careers and jobs; participate in direct or online interviews with employers. At the same time, they are advised on job search skills, application skills, CV writing; skills to build an image before employers, interview skills...
