On December 1, a source confirmed that the Board of Directors of Song Ba Ha Hydropower Joint Stock Company issued a resolution approving a temporary personnel plan to run the company's operations.

Accordingly, considering the actual situation of Song Ba Ha Hydropower Joint Stock Company, it is necessary to "coordinate human resources to maintain production and business activities and focus on working with the authorities", the Board of Directors of the above company assigned the Chairman of the Board of Directors to temporarily manage the activities of the Executive Board of Song Ba Ha Hydropower Joint Stock Company.

Specifically, Song Ba Ha Hydropower Joint Stock Company (SBH) has just decided to assign the Chairman of the Board of Directors to temporarily manage the activities of the Enterprise Executive Board.

At the same time, the Chairman will be authorized to perform the duties and powers of the legal representative of the company during the General Director's leave and to participate in working with the authorities.

Currently, the General Director of Song Ba Ha Hydropower Plant is Mr. Nguyen Duc Phu, and the Chairman is Mr. Vu Huu Phuc.

The Board of Directors of Song Ba Ha Hydropower Plant also temporarily assigned Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vu, Deputy Head of the Technical - Safety Department, to perform the task of managing and operating the activities of the Technical - Safety Department while the Head of the Department participates in working with the authorities.

In addition, the company temporarily assigned Mr. Nguyen Hong Viet - Head of Planning - Materials Department, formerly Head of Technical - Safety Department - to proactively and promptly coordinate and support Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vu in the management and handling of technical - safety issues, especially those related to the operation process of Song Ba Ha Hydropower Reservoir and the operation process of inter-reservoirs in the Ba River basin.

Meanwhile, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam - Deputy Manager of the Operation Workshop - performs the task of managing and operating the activities of the Operation Workshop while the Manager participates in working with the authorities.

Regarding Song Ba Ha Hydropower Plant, this enterprise is headquartered in Tuy Hoa ward, Dak Lak . At the end of September 2025, this company had 106 employees.

Song Ba Ha Hydropower Joint Stock Company has a charter capital of more than 1,242 billion VND. Shareholders include: Power Generation Corporation 2 - EVNGENCO 2 (this is an enterprise in which Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) holds controlling shares) currently holding 61.78% of charter capital; REE Energy Company Limited holding 25.76% of charter capital; Southern Power Corporation, Central Power Corporation and Da Nhim - Ham Thuan - Da Mi Hydropower Joint Stock Company holding 7.21%, 3.22% and 1.03% of charter capital respectively, the rest are individual shareholders.

Among the major shareholders of SBH, EVNGENCO 2 is the enterprise that owns many hydroelectric plants such as Quang Tri , An Khe - Ka Nak, Song Bung, Thac Mo, Song Ba Ha, A Vuong, Trung Son... and thermal power plants.

Meanwhile, REE Energy Company Limited also invested in 10 hydropower companies with plants such as Vinh Son, Song Hinh, Thuong Kon Tum , Thac Ba, Thac Mo, Muong Hum, Srok Phu Mieng, Binh Dien, A Luoi, Dambri, Da Dang 2, Dasiat, Nam Ban 2... Thus, the two major shareholders of SBH are investing in many hydropower plants in the Central region.
