The local police got involved in the investigation, after that, the Investigation Police Agency (Binh Duong Provincial Police) issued an emergency arrest warrant for the aggressive man above, but the incident once again showed that traffic violence tends to escalate.

Before this incident, netizens were also "eye-sore" when witnessing a scene of a woman and a man fighting due to a car collision on Hai Ba Trung Street (District 3, Ho Chi Minh City), causing traffic congestion and jams for many hours.

Previously, a traffic collision between a Vision motorbike and a Porsche car occurred in the Lang Ha area ( Hanoi ). More painfully, after the collision, both drivers of the above vehicles did not hesitate to fight right in the middle of the street.

Fighting and assaulting traffic participants are becoming more and more complicated, causing anger and insecurity in public opinion. The incidents have been simmering and quiet for a while, then increasing, appearing in many different localities, raising big questions about the dangers of participating in traffic as well as the image of traffic culture. Instead of calmly resolving the issue with words, or reporting to the traffic police, ward or commune authorities (at the place where the conflict occurred while participating in traffic), many drivers and traffic participants choose to vent their anger with "fists". The consequences are that one or both sides suffer damage to health, spirit, material, or even lose their lives due to assault. Without discussing the current legal regulations of the Road Traffic Law, we can all see that traffic culture has shortcomings that have not been thoroughly resolved.

Remember, the National Traffic Safety Committee has organized many movements, campaigns, and strong propaganda campaigns on traffic compliance awareness, building a beautiful and civilized traffic culture when participating in traffic and in public places. However, it seems that those efforts are just like "kidnapping and abandoning the plate", "abandoning the child". The cases of fighting, assault, and law violations when participating in traffic are still painful, causing insecurity and anxiety for the people. Recently, when launching the "Traffic Safety Year 2025" with the theme "Safe journey, creating the future", the Prime Minister directed ministries, branches, and localities to focus on implementing measures to ensure traffic order and safety, especially in the Traffic Safety Year 2025, it is necessary to build a civilized and modern traffic culture and raise people's awareness of traffic participation. With the great determination of the Government, it requires the central ministries and each locality to soon have drastic, thorough and highly effective solutions to form a national standard traffic culture, aiming at international standards of culture when participating in traffic.

As long as society still considers violent and illegal acts when participating in traffic as "known, very painful, talked about forever", the formation of a standard traffic culture is still far away. Not only are traffic laws not strict and not deterrent enough, but the image of national traffic culture is also affected when integrating and exchanging internationally. Therefore, even isolated cases of scuffles, fights, and assaults when participating in traffic need to be handled strictly and have enough deterrence. Only then will the construction of a traffic culture be substantial and certain. To form self-awareness, first of all, there must be strong sanctions to handle violations in order to regulate behavior, on that basis forming a traffic culture as a matter of course in each person.
