This morning (June 14), at the conference to deploy projects on human resource development and cooperation between the "3 houses": State, schools and enterprises, held at the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology in Hanoi, the Ministry of Education and Training announced the list of 13 highereducation institutions that have become members of the system of Centers for Training Excellence and Talents in Technology.
This deployment aims to implement the Decision approving the Project on developing a system of excellent training centers and talents in technology 4.0 by 2030 signed by Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long on February 19.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education was selected as the leading unit for the Center for Excellence and Talent Training in Renewable Energy and Hydrogen Energy.

According to the project, the system of excellent and talented training centers will be developed on the basis of developing a number of existing universities by investing in key university facilities with strengths, acting as a nucleus to connect and exploit domestic and foreign resources for training, research, technology transfer, innovation and startups in a number of priority technology fields of Industry 4.0.
From there, maximize the role of invested university educational institutions in sharing resources, creating leadership and spreading to develop a system of excellent training centers and talents in 4.0 technology.
The project's goal is to form at least 1 or 2 networks of excellent and talented training centers in each priority technology field of Industry 4.0. In particular, in the fields of artificial intelligence, semiconductor industry and biotechnology, at least 2 or 3 networks of excellent and talented training centers will be formed in the three regions of North - Central - South.
Each network of Centers of Excellence and Talent is led by a strong university and has at least 55 universities and a number of domestic and foreign enterprises participating.
Each network organizes at least one excellent program on adaptive training, retraining, advanced training, and specialized training for human resource development in a number of priority technology areas of Industry 4.0.
Strive for each network to attract at least 100 talented scientists and experts, Vietnamese people living abroad and foreigners, to participate in teaching and scientific research in higher education institutions in Vietnam.
