Bad debt of Sacombank customer group is being sold by VAMC

Vietnam Asset Management Company (VAMC) has just announced the auction of bad debts of the customer group Phuc An Khang International Hospital JSC and Binh Duong Construction Stone LLC, whose debts were purchased by the company from Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank).

In which, the assets securing the debt of Phuc An Khang International Hospital Joint Stock Company include the Land Use Rights (Lease Rights) of 8,048 m2 of land and the ownership of the Industrial Park (IP) located at Dong An IP, Binh Hoa Commune, Thuan An District (now Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An City), Binh Duong Province.

In addition, there are also house ownership rights and land use rights with an area of ​​377.3 square meters of land at address 22 Ngo Quyen Street, Ward 6, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City.

Assets securing the debt of Binh Duong Construction Stone Company Limited include the right to own a house and the right to use residential land with a total area of ​​506.1 square meters at 204A Nguyen Trai Street, Ward 3, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City.

The starting price of the auctioned debts is 239.2 billion VND. The deposit to participate in the auction is 25 billion VND. The deposit payment period is from October 7 to 5:00 p.m. on October 9, 2024.

Phuc An Khang International Hospital Joint Stock Company was established in 2013, with Mr. Diep Van Phat as General Director and legal representative. The company is located at 800 Dong Van Cong, Ward 1, Thanh My Loi Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

Phuc An Khang International Hospital was formerly known as Thai Binh Plaza Apartment. It is a high-end apartment project with an area of ​​14,000 m2, including 5 apartment blocks. Each block is 20 floors high, including 360 apartments with an area of ​​120 - 180 m2.
