At the final ranking of the 2025 Golden Bell of Traditional Music Awards held on the evening of September 28 at the Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV) Theater, contestant Le Thi Ha Nhu - a student of artist Thy Nhung and Meritorious Artist Vo Minh Lam won 3 awards of the competition.

In addition to the Silver Bell prize worth 80 million VND, the girl born in 2006 also won 2 prizes: Most Favorite Contestant and Contestant with activities spreading community responsibility.

The panel of professional judges of the 2025 Golden Bell final night, including People's Artist Thanh Nam, People's Artist Phuong Loan, People's Artist Trong Phuc and guest judges: People's Artist Que Tran, People's Artist Huu Quoc, awarded the championship - Golden Bell to contestant Dang Thi Thuy Duong (32 years old, Ho Chi Minh City) with a prize of 150 million VND; The Bronze Bell was awarded to Vuong Quan Tri (16 years old, An Giang ) with a prize of 50 million VND.

Ha Nhu is currently a 2nd year student at the Faculty of Traditional Drama, University of Theatre and Cinema, Ho Chi Minh City, and is also a student of artist Thy Nhung.

Ha Nhu was born and raised in a poor family in Ben Tre province (now Vinh Long). Since childhood, she had a talent and passion for art, especially Cai Luong. Despite her family's financial difficulties, she was determined to pursue her passion with the wholehearted love of her mother and grandmother.

After Golden Bell 2025 , everything has just begun

Having followed the Golden Bell of Traditional Music for many years, Ha Nhu still did not dare to challenge herself. This time, with the encouragement and full support of her teacher - artist Thy Nhung, Ha Nhu had a lot of motivation and determination when entering the competition. In each round, Ha Nhu showed her talent and singing ability in front of the judges and the audience.

In the first final round, Ha Nhu was on the team of People's Artist Ho Ngoc Trinh, and she finished in 2nd place. In the second final round, Ha Nhu was on the team of Meritorious Artist Vo Minh Lam and excellently finished in 1st place, and she also won the award for Most Favorite Contestant. In the third final round, Ha Nhu was on the team of Meritorious Artist Ngoc Doi, she transformed into the character Trinh in the classic Cai Luong play Con gai chi Hang (author Ha Trieu - Hoa Phuong) with the assistance of Meritorious Artist Thu Van, Thy Nhung, Pham Vu Thanh, Chau Thanh Nhan. With this excerpt, Ha Nhu conquered the audience with her sweet voice, rustic vibrato and received the highest score.

Sharing the joy with her young student Ha Nhu, artist Thy Nhung was moved: "Despite her family's difficulties, Ha Nhu always strives to improve, always learns and practices. Thy Nhung herself not only teaches her in class but also helps her have a 'stage' to earn extra income to cover her studies. Those are also very valuable practical experiences for her to enter the professional art path in the future...".

Thy Nhung added that Ha Nhu has a burning passion for immersing herself in traditional music . She always wants to contribute her part in preserving and promoting the traditional art of Cai Luong and Southern amateur music because this is an intangible cultural heritage of humanity.

"I joined this competition with the mindset of learning and exchanging. Therefore, winning 3 titles is already a great happiness for me. I thank the coach - Meritorious Artist Vo Minh Lam, artist Thy Nhung and the audience who always love me. For me, everything is just the beginning, the important thing in the coming time is to concentrate on studying, try my best, sing with all my love and faith for the art of reformed opera. I know that is the value that will follow me throughout my life," Ha Nhu confided.
