NTO - Phan Rang City Party Committee

On September 15, Phan Rang - Thap Cham City Party Committee held a conference to review 2 years of implementing Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU of the City Party Committee on continuing to mobilize and effectively use resources to complete and improve the quality of type II urban criteria, period 2021-2025; Directive No. 09-CT/TU of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on improving the quality of planning management, construction management and architecture to meet the requirements of city development in the period 2021-2025 and orientations for the following years. Comrade Chau Thi Thanh Ha, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Phan Rang - Thap Cham City Party Committee chaired the conference.

Conference scene.

After 2 years of implementing resolutions, directives, and projects on construction, completion, and improvement of the quality of type II urban areas of Phan Rang - Thap Cham City, the direction and implementation have been focused and effectively organized. Up to now, the urban green area has reached over 9 m2/person, 100% of villages and neighborhoods have had the national power grid, fully meeting the electricity needs for daily life and production; more than 95% of inner-city roads are lit; the rate of households using clean water has reached over 99%. The investment in completing residential and new urban area projects has basically met the needs of land and housing for the people. Regarding the criteria for type II urban areas, by the end of 2022, the city will basically achieve 53/59 criteria according to Resolution No. 1210/2016/UBTVQH13 dated May 25, 2016 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly compared to 2020.
