Eighth-grade female student in Bac Ninh hospitalized after being beaten by a group of students right inside her school.

Recently, a video clip lasting over a minute appeared on social media showing an 8th-grade female student (from Lim Secondary School, Bac Ninh ) being beaten by a group of classmates right on the school grounds.

Female student NNA was attacked by a group of five ninth-grade students at the school. They grabbed her hair, violently pulled her back and forth, dragged her along the ground, and repeatedly hit her head and body with their hands and feet. Due to the relentless attack, the victim was almost unable to resist and could only cover her head and endure the assault.

What is reprehensible is that many students witnessed the incident but no one intervened. Some even applauded. This incident has caused widespread public outrage.

It is understood that the incident stemmed from a conflict and misunderstanding between the victim and a group of ninth-grade students, leading to the altercation.

Immediately after receiving the information, the school promptly reported the incident and coordinated with the local police to verify and clarify the matter.

"This was an unfortunate incident that happened very quickly. Immediately after it occurred, the school promptly grasped the situation and coordinated with relevant authorities to resolve it with a high sense of responsibility," said Principal Dao Thi Lan.

The school has reported the incident to the Bac Ninh Department of Education and Training and the Tien Du Commune People's Committee. According to the report, the incident occurred at approximately 9:45 AM on December 12th in the stair landing area of ​​the first floor of the school's classroom building. The initial cause has been identified as a conflict and misunderstanding between an 8th-grade student and a group of 9th-grade students, leading to a physical altercation.

Regarding her health condition, the victim underwent three examinations and scans between December 13th and 16th, with no abnormal injuries detected. Her health is currently stable, but at the family's request, she will remain in the hospital for further monitoring.

In addition, the school invited the parents involved to a meeting and drew up a record between the families to resolve the incident. The school compiled a list of all students present at the time of the incident, as well as the person who filmed and disseminated the video on social media, to assist in verification and handling. The school proactively instructed students, teachers, and parents not to disseminate the video or spread false information to avoid causing public panic.

The school requests that the police handle the matter according to the law and take measures to prevent and deal with cases of posting and sharing false information.

The incident is still under investigation by the relevant authorities.
