In the 2025-2026 school year, Ho Chi Minh City will have 115 public high schools with a target of 70,070 students. It is expected that more than 6,000 candidates will leave the "race" to enter public grade 10.
This year, Ho Chi Minh City has 142 examination sites, including 132 regular examination sites and 10 specialized examination sites. There are a total of 3,277 examination rooms, each examination room has a maximum of 24 candidates, the minimum distance between two candidates sitting next to each other is 1.2 m (horizontally).
