This is the last solidarity house completed in the roadmap to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Hung Son town, contributing to helping the locality reach the finish line early in the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025", launched by the Prime Minister .
Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong, Mr. Hiep's wife, emotionally said: I really did not dare to think that one day my family would be able to live in a solid and spacious house like this. Without the help of Nui Phao Company and the local government, my husband and I would not have been able to do it. Now that we have a decent place to live, we will be determined to overcome difficulties, take care of our children, and try to escape poverty.
Mr. Hiep's family representative shared his feelings on the inauguration day of the new house. |
Recognizing the noble gesture of the enterprise, Mr. Tran Quang Dang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hung Son town, said: Nui Phao Company not only strives to participate in the movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, but also actively accompanies the locality in activities to create livelihoods, build infrastructure, social security and develop the economy .
With the motto of "sustainable development associated with social responsibility", Nui Phao Company has supported the construction and repair of 15 solidarity houses with a total cost of nearly 400 million VND in Dai Tu district.
Each solidarity house is not only a shelter from the sun and rain, but also a place to sow seeds of hope, giving poor households the confidence to overcome difficulties and gradually change their lives.
Dai Tu District has completed the plan to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses since February 26, 2025, 3 months ahead of schedule compared to the target assigned by the province and 8 months ahead of the target set by the Government . This proud achievement has a strong mark from the cooperation of responsible and compassionate businesses such as Nui Phao.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hiep's family has 4 members. He is a freelancer with an unstable income. His wife is a worker at Masan Tungsten Factory. Together, they take care of their disabled father and raise two young children of school age. The old house built in 1998 was seriously degraded. Now it has been rebuilt with a solid structure, including three bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, with a total living area of 77 square meters. |
