On the afternoon of March 22, a representative of Highway Traffic Police Team No. 3 (Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security ) said that the unit had sent officers and soldiers to coordinate with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force - Ninh Binh Provincial Police to handle a car fire on the Cao Bo - Mai Son highway.

Accordingly, at around 4:40 p.m. the same day, a tractor trailer (license plate and driver unknown) was traveling on the Cao Bo - Mai Son highway (towards Hanoi ) when it suddenly caught fire. At the scene, the fire quickly spread, engulfing the cabin of the tractor trailer.

Upon receiving the news, Highway Traffic Police Team No. 3 coordinated with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Force of Ninh Binh Province Police to handle the fire, and at the same time divert traffic from a distance to reduce local congestion.

By 5:30 p.m., the fire was completely extinguished. There were no casualties, and property damage is being assessed.

"Immediately after the fire was extinguished, we cleared the road to reduce congestion," said a representative of Highway Traffic Police Team No. 3.

Currently, Ninh Binh Provincial Police are investigating the cause of the fire.
