The US President criticized reporters when asked about an FBI document in which an anonymous source accused Mr. Biden of accepting bribes while he was Obama's deputy.
"Why are you called 'the big guy' in the FBI informant's deposition, President Biden? Why is that nickname constantly used on you?" New York Post reporter Steven Nelson asked US President Joe Biden on June 15, when he attended a meeting on protecting American consumers.
“Why would you ask such a stupid question?” President Biden replied. The staff then ushered the reporters out of the room because the photo and press time was over.

Nelson referred to FBI document FD-1023, which records an FBI interview with a "highly reliable" confidential source in June 2020, detailing multiple meetings and conversations between the source and an executive at Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Holdings.
The source said the Burisma director paid $5 million to “the big guy,” referring to Joe Biden, then the US vice president and in charge of Ukraine policy, whose son Hunter Biden was a board member.
Document FD-1023 is used by FBI agents to record information received from sources, but not verified.
The House Oversight Committee requested the FBI document FD-1023. After much wrangling between the two sides, the FBI finally let committee members read the document on Capitol Hill. The committee is investigating the Biden family’s business dealings. The White House has insisted that Biden was never involved in his son’s business dealings and never discussed them.
In October 2020, the New York Post reported that an email from Hunter Biden's abandoned laptop said the "big guy" received a 10% commission on a business deal with the Chinese company CEFC China Energy. The media suspected that the "big guy" in question was Joe Biden. Biden later denied the allegation.
The US President made headlines in January 2022 when he called Fox News reporter Peter Dooc a "stupid son of a bitch". However, he seemed unaware that his microphone was on.
