On the morning of December 30, Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee held the 41st Provincial Party Executive Committee Conference, term XI to implement the personnel work process. Mr. Nguyen Van Loi, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and Mr. Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the event.
At the conference, the Provincial Party Executive Committee voted to elect Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.
With 46/46 votes in favor, Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha was elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. Previously, on December 26, 2024, the Central Party Secretariat issued a document agreeing to allow the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee to conduct an additional election for this position.
Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha, born on April 19, 1974, hometown in Chanh Phu Hoa ward, Ben Cat town, Binh Duong province. He has the following qualifications: Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Political Economics, Senior in Politics. He has held many important positions such as Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thu Dau Mot city and from October 2020 to present, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province.
The conference also announced the Prime Minister's decision to approve Mr. Bui Minh Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Ben Cat City Party Committee, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term. Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan, Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Federation, was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee. Mr. Ho Phuong Nam, Chairman of the Ben Cat City Party Committee's Inspection Committee, was elected as an additional member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
At the conference, Binh Duong Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi emphasized the role of personnel work in perfecting the organization and preparing personnel for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. Binh Duong Provincial Party Secretary congratulated Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha and the newly elected officials; at the same time, expressed confidence in their effective leadership, contributing to the sustainable development of the province.
The conference also sought opinions on the removal from the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of some leaders who voluntarily retired early to streamline the apparatus. The Secretary of the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated this voluntary spirit, contributing to creating conditions for arranging a new apparatus, meeting the requirements of innovation in leadership.
