Mr. Nguyen Phi Long holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Organizations.

On the afternoon of September 5, in Hanoi, the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations held a conference to announce the Politburo 's decision on personnel work.

Member of the Politburo , Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien attended and presented the decision on personnel appointment.

At the Conference, Mr. Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission, announced the Politburo's decision to assign and transfer Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee to cease participating in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee; cease holding the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the Conference, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations, Mr. Do Van Chien respectfully thanked the Politburo for its attention, mobilization, assignment and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Phi Long to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations for the 2020-2025 term.

Mr. Nguyen Phi Long received basic training and grew up from the Youth Union work. He was trained and nurtured by his superiors. During his working process, he became Secretary of the Central Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee, and Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee.

Due to work requirements, to strengthen the comprehensive leadership of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations over the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State, the Politburo decided to transfer, assign, and appoint him to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations for the 2020-2025 term.

Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien believes that the new Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations Nguyen Phi Long will promote his capacity and strengths together with the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, Party Committee, and advisory agencies of the Party Committee to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

Informing the Conference about the meeting with the Politburo on September 4 about giving opinions on the content of documents and personnel plans in preparation for the first Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations for the 2025-2030 term, Mr. Do Van Chien stated that in order to meet the wishes and expectations of the Politburo, after receiving the assignment, Mr. Nguyen Phi Long and the Standing Committee will focus on successfully organizing the Congress and continue to advise on the arrangement of the apparatus of the Fatherland Front system, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State from the Central to the communal level, ensuring the apparatus operates smoothly and effectively.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Phi Long expressed his honor to be assigned by the Politburo to work at the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations; at the same time, he affirmed that this is a great responsibility in the face of the increasingly high demand in promoting the strength of national solidarity for the cause of national construction, development and defense in the era of national development.

Mr. Nguyen Phi Long affirmed that he will strive to work hard, study, research, constantly cultivate and practice political qualities, ethics, lifestyle, be a pioneer, be exemplary, be dedicated to work, together with the collective leadership, cadres, civil servants, and public employees of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, and central organizations to promote the tradition of solidarity, strive to successfully complete assigned tasks./.
