Petrolimex donated 5 billion VND to the program

On August 25, 2024, in Da Lat city, during his working visit to Lam Dong province, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Chairman of the Central Emulation and Commendation Council, attended the ceremony to receive donations for the "Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses" program in Lam Dong province. Attending the program, on behalf of the Vietnam National Petroleum Group ( Petrolimex ), Deputy General Director Nguyen Sy Cuong presented a donation of 5 billion VND.

Petrolimex Deputy General Director Nguyen Sy Cuong presented a symbolic donation to the Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Tran Hong Thai and the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong Province Pham Trieu.

As a state-owned enterprise making significant contributions to the national economy and energy security, the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) always cares about and works alongside localities to promote the spirit of mutual support and social responsibility, especially towards disadvantaged families and poor households nationwide in general and in Lam Dong province in particular, helping poor households settle down, find stable employment, and improve their lives.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Acting Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thai Hoc presented flowers to sponsoring units at the ceremony to receive support for the "eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" program in Lam Dong province.

In Lam Dong province, the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) has Lam Dong Petroleum Company (Petrolimex Lam Dong) responsible for ensuring petroleum supply for socio-economic development and energy security. Petrolimex Lam Dong is one of the units that contributes a large amount to the local budget, with 385 billion VND contributed in 2023 and an estimated 400 billion VND in 2024.

Over the years, Petrolimex Lam Dong has consistently partnered with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province in social welfare activities. All leaders, staff, and employees of Petrolimex Lam Dong have demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility towards the community through practical actions, providing both material and spiritual support to improve the lives of local people and uphold the nation's fine tradition of mutual assistance.
