Launching the online competition "Understanding the Law on Civil Registration and Authentication" in 2025

On December 8, 2025, the Organizing Committee of the "Understanding the Law on Civil Registration and Authentication" contest in Ca Mau province in 2025 issued Official Letter No. 4912/BTC regarding the launch of the online contest "Understanding the Law on Civil Registration and Authentication" in Ca Mau province in 2025.

The competition will be held online throughout Ca Mau province via the website: https://timhieuphapluat.camau.gov.vn . The competition will begin at 8:00 AM on December 9, 2025 and end at 5:00 PM on December 24, 2025 .

The competition is open to Vietnamese citizens residing, studying, and working in Ca Mau province, excluding members of the Organizing Committee and the Secretariat. The participation method, scoring system, and ranking criteria are governed by the Regulations of the online competition "Understanding the Law on Civil Registration and Authentication" in Ca Mau province in 2025, which are posted on the competition website.

To ensure the competition is successful, effective, attracts a large number of participants, creates a ripple effect, and contributes to raising legal knowledge on civil registration, nationality, and authentication, the Organizing Committee of the Competition requests that agencies, units, and localities pay attention and cooperate in launching the Competition to officials, union members, association members, civil servants, employees, and all strata of people in Ca Mau province to participate.
