Speaking at the launching ceremony, Colonel Le Cong Thanh emphasized that the peak emulation period is an important activity in the Emulation Movement to Win and to carry out the tasks of the last 6 months of 2025. Therefore, Party committees, commanders and Emulation and Reward Councils at all levels need to specify, organize and implement closely and effectively the contents and targets of the emulation period; do a good job of preparing and organizing the 19th Congress of the Provincial Border Guard Command Party Committee, term 2025-2030 to ensure efficiency and quality; strengthen propaganda work on advanced models, good people, good deeds, good experiences, effective methods to replicate in the Provincial Border Guard.
