At the conference, the Corps Command announced the decision of the Minister of National Defense on the appointment of officers. Colonel Do Trung Dung, Division Commander of Division 312, was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of Staff of the 12th Corps; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quoc Trung was appointed to the position of Division Commander of Division 312; Lieutenant Colonel Phung Xuan Tung was appointed to the position of Deputy Division Commander of Division 312 and announced the decision to promote the rank and raise the salary of Colonel and Lieutenant Colonel officers for 37 comrades in 2025.
