At the working session, the delegation inspected the situation, grasped the situation and listened to reports on the results of the implementation of the tasks of Squadron 42 in the past time. In 2025, the unit deployed more than 100 ships and boats to carry out the tasks of patrolling, controlling, protecting sovereignty and enforcing the law at sea; journeying more than 41,000 nautical miles to ensure safety.

Visiting the unit, the delegation highly appreciated the efforts to build a "green - clean - beautiful" landscape, contributing to improving the living conditions, learning and working conditions of officers and soldiers of the 42nd Naval Division. Although stationed in an area with many difficulties, the Naval Division still maintained good order, management, and discipline, achieving many outstanding results in building the unit.

The Commander of the Vietnam Coast Guard requested officers and soldiers of Squadron 42 to continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels; strictly maintain combat readiness, especially for forces and means on duty, performing tasks at sea; build a strong political stance, awareness of law compliance and discipline for officers and soldiers; combine training with regular building, discipline training, build a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary, typical", a clean and strong Party organization exemplary; promote mass mobilization work, build the image of Coast Guard soldiers close to the people, understand the people, help the people; the whole unit unites, strives to overcome difficulties, proactively grasps the situation, handles situations at sea well, not to be passive or surprised.
