At the same time, the movement is identified as the pillar, soul and driving force to improve the effectiveness and quality of the emulation movement "For the security of the Fatherland" and the movement "All people protect the security of the Fatherland".

Therefore, the Provincial Police need to review and possibly adjust and supplement the regulations and working procedures in the entire force to have a basis for screening, classifying and evaluating the implementation results; actively commend and encourage officers to do well, and at the same time seriously handle violations in a spirit of empathy and reason.
