The case was temporarily seized by Market Management Team No. 4, Phu Yen Province Market Management Department, all lobsters and evidence, and the case was transferred to Song Cau Town People's Committee for administrative fine of 11.5 million VND.
All goods worth about 22 million VND were also forced to be destroyed by burial.

According to the Market Management Department of Phu Yen province, injecting impurities to increase weight and keep shrimp fresh is an act of visual deception, fraud, affecting the health of consumers, and needs to be strictly handled.
Since the beginning of June, the Market Management Department of Phu Yen province has continuously coordinated with functional forces to inspect, detect and seize thousands of product units, mainly cosmetics, handbags, thermos bottles, beer and wine without invoices or documents proving their origin, fined the owners of the establishments hundreds of millions of VND and destroyed all evidence of violations.
This is the initial result of the peak campaign to fight, prevent and repel smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods and infringement of intellectual property rights in Phu Yen province.
