Approving the Digital Transformation project of Dong Nai province for the period 2025-2030

The project consists of 4 parts: the necessity and basis for developing the project; the current status of digital transformation in the province; viewpoints, goals, tasks and solutions for digital transformation; implementation organization.

In particular, the project aims to form a centralized, integrated data warehouse; an information system serving the direction, administration, staff work, synthesis and decision-making support of the provincial government and leaders; connecting, integrating, sharing information, data, and interacting in the electronic environment with information systems and databases of ministries, branches, and localities.

In addition, the project also aims to restructure and transform information technology infrastructure into a unified, stable, flexible digital infrastructure, prioritizing the application of cloud computing technology (Cloud First); develop new applications and services in the direction of sharing digital infrastructure, digital platforms and available information technology services (commercial software)...

The project also aims to provide open data that is easy to access and use; complete the digital data warehouse to meet the requirements of connecting and sharing information and data resources in the province.

The project sets out 10 tasks to promote transformation in the area, focusing on the following issues: digital awareness, digital institutions, digital infrastructure, digital data, digital platforms, digital human resources, digital government, digital economy , digital society and the group of tasks according to Project 06/CP. In parallel, the project also proposes 3 key solutions including: mobilizing investment capital, human resources solutions, and solutions on mechanisms and policies.

Previously, the Provincial People's Committee also issued Plan No. 92/KH-UBND on the implementation of Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP of the Government and Plan No. 433-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee on the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on "breakthrough in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation" in the province.
