GRDP per capita reaches 65.5 million VND; average income per capita reaches 34.32 million VND. In the agricultural sector, the total output of grain food reaches 226 thousand tons; the added value of the agricultural sector reaches 4.93%; industry and construction maintain growth, the value of industrial production reaches a high level, making an important contribution to the overall growth of the province; the trade - service sector continues to recover strongly, tourism reaches 1,205.7 billion VND in revenue and the total number of visitors increases by 8.5% compared to 2024; Local export activities reached 16.65 million USD, export turnover growth rate reached 13.2%; cultural and social fields had many advances; the rate of communes and wards meeting the standards of universal primary education level 3 remained 100%; level 2 secondary schools reached 100%; the rate of national standard schools reached 71.9%...

In budget management, the total state budget revenue in the area reached 3,100 billion VND, exceeding the estimate by 30.5%. Poverty reduction work achieved positive results, the poverty rate decreased by 3.68%. The province created jobs for 9,493 workers; vocational training for 7,325 workers; the rate of trained workers reached 62.4%.

At the meeting, delegates focused on exchanging and discussing the progress of public investment disbursement; developing commodity agriculture; solutions to achieve socio-economic development goals; building new rural areas; digital transformation and administrative reform. Many opinions suggested that the Provincial People's Committee promptly remove difficulties in investment procedures, speed up the progress of key infrastructure projects, build inter-level schools in border communes, especially regional traffic projects.

The meeting also gave opinions on the 2026 socio-economic development plan to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council. According to the draft, the province set a target of GRDP increasing by about 10%; GRDP per capita reaching 70 million VND; average income per capita reaching 37.1 million VND; the proportion of digital economy reaching 6.5% of GRDP. Some important targets include: budget revenue of 2,727 billion VND; total food output reaching 225,500 tons; output of fresh meat of all kinds 21,000 tons; tourism revenue of 1,314 billion VND; poverty rate reduction of 3.88%.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Tong Thanh Hai - Member of the Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the sectors and localities to continue to make efforts to implement the assigned targets. Focus on reviewing and drastically implementing solutions to strive to well implement the socio-economic development targets; promote the disbursement of public investment capital.
