Session 3-6: Market continues to increase, securities stocks attract cash flow

In the trading session on June 3, the market had positive developments when VN-Index increased by nearly 11 points, and the group of stocks strongly attracted cash flow.

The market increased from the beginning to the end of the session. With the positive increase in prices from large stocks, at one point the VN-Index increased by more than 14 points, reaching above the 1,350 point mark.

At the end of the session, VN-Index stopped at 1,347.25 points, up 10.95 points (0.82%); VN30-Index rose to 1,437.87 points after gaining 14.83 points (1.04%).

Securities stocks performed positively. Most codes increased in price, of which VND and APG increased to the maximum limit. In addition, SSI increased by 3.38%, HCM (4.08%), VCI (2.48%), MBS (5.17%)...

This group strongly attracted cash flow with 5 codes in the top 10 with the best liquidity in the market. In which, SSI led with more than 1,430 billion VND, ranked 3rd is VND (more than 1,200 billion VND), VIX (nearly 930 billion VND)...

However, the group of stocks with large capitalization is not too large, so the market's rise is still strongly supported by the group of pillar stocks. Of the 10 stocks with the largest capitalization, only 1 remained unchanged, the rest all increased.

The most positive contributor to the market was TCB. The 5th largest stock in the market contributed nearly 1.25 points; followed by the largest stock VCB with more than 1.16 points, HPG (nearly 0.7 points).

Increasing stocks are dominant with 195 stocks in green and 119 stocks in red. In the VN30 group, the number of increasing stocks is 3 times higher than decreasing stocks (26 stocks and 3 stocks).

Liquidity was high with more than VND25,700 billion changed hands. Another positive point was that foreign investors were net buyers. This group bought nearly VND2,920 billion and sold more than VND2,011 billion. Foreign investors bought many securities stocks in this session.

On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the total transaction value reached over VND2,600 billion. At the end of the session, the HNX-Index reached 228.94 points after increasing by 2.77 points (1.22%); the HNX30-Index increased by 7.39 points (1.59%), reaching 472.47 points.
