Is "Pho Anh Hai" real in life, which character was inspired by League of Legends?

(NLDO) - From the virtual world to the real street, Pho Anh Hai suddenly has a "live-action version" when a group of young people transform into characters in the game.

The photos below were taken at a barbecue restaurant in Dong Da ward, Hanoi , with plastic tables, yellow lights and old walls tinged with urban colors, making the scene look no different from the "film set" of the game Pho Anh Hai.

In it, the familiar cast of characters including Anh Hai, Anh Grab, Cau Vang, Anh Exciter, Qui Buu Bach Khoa and Chu Be Te Liet appear in full, creating a true "live-action version of Anh Hai's Pho Shop".

Bui Quang Trung (Ha Dong ward, Hanoi), who transformed into the Paralyzed Boy, said he is a "hardcore fan" of T1, the famous Korean League of Legends team, which is said to be the inspiration for creating this character.

Although the character of the Paralyzed Boy is somewhat humorous... like "a joke", for fans like Trung, this is an interesting detail and brings a lot of laughter. "Pho Anh Hai is a phenomenon with a very Vietnamese creative spirit. I hope everyone will have fun while playing the game and looking at the pictures" - Trung said.

After the above images appeared on social networks, the online community quickly became "stirred up". In the comment section, many people left humorous lines: "They are really serious about things that are not serious"; "Is this Halloween... a week late?"; "When will there be another Phu Ba or Village Chief to complete the set?"...

Some people even joked: "Pho Anh Hai has officially opened a real-life branch" or "I hope to book a table at 10 Dan Phuong in real life".

Even though it was just a random photo, not elaborately staged, the group of friends were still praised for their "pixel-perfect" acting and charisma.

Launched in late October 2025, Pho Anh Hai (Brother Hai's Pho Restaurant) is a Vietnamese indie game that is making waves thanks to its simple graphics, witty dialogue, and a "very Vietnamese" spirit. Players take on the role of a pho restaurant owner in Dan Phuong village, serving customers, cooking pho, chatting, and... gradually getting involved in stories that are both humorous and a bit creepy.
