At the announcement ceremony, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh presented Resolution No. 1613/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee approving Mr. Tran Van Khai, National Assembly delegate of Ha Nam province, member of the National Assembly working full-time at the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment of the 15th National Assembly.

During his tenure as Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment of the 15th National Assembly, Mr. Tran Van Khai received a position allowance coefficient of 1.30.
